Firstly, how much does our service cost?
Our fee system works on a one off joining fee model of £400. Founding members, which is the first 1,000 that we onboard will only pay £200.
How will your company continue with a one off fee system?
The joining fee we charge cover s the cost of the man hours to vet your company, for example your previous work or verifying your insurance details. We will then be funded by commissions or one off payments from our third party partners that off you discount, such as 15% off your current accountancy fees. If this deal is activated, we will also receive a commission payment equivalent to 5% of the fee you have paid them. Our partners are willing to pay these incentive payments as we give them significant savings on advertisement by introducing new clients to them through our portal.
Not every commission we receive is exactly as stated above, but it is a clear example of how we are paid by some of our partners. We believe in transparency which is why we do not hide our business model.
If you receive commission payments to operate, why do we have to pay a joining fee?
Well the short answer is we have immediate costs when verifying a new tradesperson and their work. Because we verify you, your work and your business, such as insurance etc we have upfront costs attached to this.
What is the maximum turnover allowed by a company you on board?
As we are a business to business (B2B) specialist for small to medium sized companies, we have decided to cap our maximum turnover to £1m. This gives us the chance to focus our full attention on independent and smaller companies that might need that extra little hand.
What information will I have to provide you?
When we onboard you and your business, we will ask you for proof of identity, proof of address, proof of relevant insurances and also any previous works you have completed. This is to ensure you are covered should the worst happen to a job you are working on, and also gives the client peace of mind that they are in safe hands.
We will also verify previous work you have completed, either in person or by using our innovative fraud detection software, which can check for duplicated photos and other. It usually takes us a week to turn this around, as we are at peak onboarding time, but it can usually be quicker if everything is provided all at the same time.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover all of the Midland areas. We cover from Birmingham down to Worcester across to Northampton and Nottingham. For a more detailed description of the area we cover do not hesitate to contact us.
When will your app be live and what will in include?
Our app will be live on November 1st 2024 and will not only give you the chance to showcase your companies work, but it will also give you the opportunity to tender on a job that is uploaded. All of our jobs are checked and vetted first. We do this to ensure that a job is not just a quote. We have researched extensively over the last four years, and the biggest disappointment to tradespeople is spending a fortune on a lead just to find out the client just wanted to know what something cost. We will reach out to them to check the details of the job and their intentions. By doing this we save you time and money. The app will also suspend a job when five companies have tendered on it, and will open back up to five more if the client isnt satisfied with the first five quotes.
Our app will also let you link your profile with us to your own website, telephone number, email address and social media channels. And don't forget, we will showcase five companies on our social media every day to help boost our client bases businesses.
What are the permanent deals you have for onboarding tradespeople or companies?
The permanent deals we have is 15% off all accountancy fees. So if your fees are £1,000 a year currently, you will only pay £850 for exactly the same service. We also have a discount of 10% at hotels across the country when their services are booked direct. This is because companies such as booking,com, airbnb and other charge up to 19.3% of a booking made through their platform.
What is your minimum service level?
We guarantee that, whatever your annual turnover is, we will provide you with qualified leads to the value of double that. So if your turnover is £50,000, we will provide you with leads to the value of £100,000. This is to maximise the potential of a job coming from the lead.
We have all spent our hard earned time and money to quote on jobs that lead nowhere so we will try our very best to minimise the time and money you need to invest chasing work.
How will your service be better than your competitors?
Whilst our competitors might be a little slicker (for now!), we have the benefit of a personal touch, meaning you can speak to your dedicated account manager whenever you need to. Our lead generation team also contact the potential client of any work that we receive and qualify it meaning you know better what a job entails and when it is to be carried out.
How will I get leads sent to me?
Leads can be received in several ways, and we will ask you your preferences for this. Currently you can receive them by text, email and by whatsapp. And when our app goes live, you will also be able to to receive them in there also.
Don't forget, all of our leads include the clients name, address, telephone number and email, a job description, and where possible, photographs of the area to be worked on.
Who will my accountant be?
We have created a network of accountants across the UK so we will have someone from your local area. We understand the importance of local identity to people and businesses alike so a local business will be able to give your business a more personal touch.
Will they be checked and vetted by you?
All of our accounting partners have several years of experience in their field. Whether they work independently or for a major recognised firm, they are experts in their field. They also have the relevant insurances, such as public indemnity insurance and professional liability, to make sure that your business is best advised and in good hands.
How much will you receive from them as a commission?
When a partners services are undertaken, we ordinarily receive a commission fee, or an 'introducers fee' of 5%. Sometimes however, we may receive a straight flat fee of £100 for example. If you ask us, we would always be more than happy to share what we have received for you undertaking services through our platform.
How will you continue to generate leads?
Our lead generation team have already generated over £16m worth of leads and counting. They have achieved this with using no advertising at all, so when we have our big launch, we expect we will have the capacity to generate £100m's of leads every year. However, in slow times we will buy leads from our competitors and share those with you.
What is your community scheme all about?
Our community scheme something we are really proud of. Our aim is to try and enrich the communities around your business. We have provisionally set up a £200,000 a year fund to give to local causes in the community. This could include a football kid for a child's football team, a new church roof or donations to a local food bank, it is not limited. We would sooner do this, than provide the already rich with more dividends or high wages.
